I am a finance and accounting veteran who excels in improving financial capabilities and efficiencies, ensuring financial integrity and transparency, and providing financial insights for quality decision-making. I bring proven strengths in analyzing data to identify niches that will drive revenue growth and/or reduce expenses.
Prior to founding Supporting Strategies | Northwest Maryland in 2018, I spent 18 years with the B2B information and marketing company Access Intelligence. The last 10 years there, I served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Internal Audit, where I was responsible for budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and weekly revenue pacing for 100+ business units.
As Manager, Financial Analysis and Treasury at Dental Benefit Providers from 1999 to 2000, I ensured the company’s smooth transition from existing accounting software to PeopleSoft financials after it was acquired by United Healthcare. Earlier in my career, I served as Accounting Manager at Thomas Publishing Company as well as Fund Accountant and then Senior Tax Accountant at Merrill Lynch.
I have an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting major) from Rider University.
