Incentive Program Overview

neXco National knows that referrals are the best way to make quality introductions.  We are rolling out an incentive plan to those who can introduce us to new leaders.  This is a win-win-win for all.  We open new chapters to further increase our members’ network, we introduce more business people to our great community and you have the opportunity to make some additional money by introducing new leaders to our community.

Here’s how the incentive plan works:

  • For any new Chapter President that you recruit to successfully open a new chapter neXco will pay you 10% of revenue for that chapter for the first full year.*
  • In addition we will pay an additional 1% of revenue for any other leaders that you can recruit for that chapter to include: Vice President, Recordkeeper, Visitor Liaison, Logistics Leader and Membership Experience Leader.

If you refer:

President with no additional leaders: 10% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year
President + 1 additional leader: 11% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year
President + 2 additional leaders: 12% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year
President + 3 additional leaders: 13% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year
President + 4 additional leaders: 14% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year
President + 5 additional leaders: 15% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year

In addition, we want you to know how beneficial leadership can be to your member experience:  Chapter Leadership positions receive the following:

  • 25% discount on their annual membership dues**
  • Leadership training to enhance both your neXco and professional experience
  • Exposure to all leaders in neXco and our community
  • The ability to showcase your talents and professionalism
  • First to know about new initiatives and opportunities in the neXco community
  • Increased business opportunities

Possible Incentive Program Scenario: 

Example: You recruit a President, Vice President and Logistics Leader to the newly forming chapter, you will receive the following:

President incentive: 10% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year
Vice President incentive: additional 1% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year
Logistics Leader incentive: additional 1% of the total membership revenue in the 1st year

Incentive to you:

Assuming 10 members in the 1st year, total referral incentive in this example @12% = $1,224
Assuming 15 members in the 1st year, total referral incentive in this example @12% = $1,944
Assuming 20 members in the 1st year, total referral incentive in this example @12% = $2,664

2022 Growth Plans

At neXco National we have big plans!  We want to ensure that our community continues to grow and thrive so that all of us benefit from new connections that will further increase our network reach.   Now that we have become comfortable with virtual networking, and experienced the benefits and rewards of being able to easily attend cross chapter meetings as well as meet neXco members and guests that we would not have had an opportunity to meet prior to our virtual pivot, we are excited to expand our member experience by opening new chapters. 

In 2022 we are planning on opening eight new chapters!  This means an opportunity to meet new business leaders in new communities.  We have learned that to successfully launch a chapter we must have a strong leadership team as the foundation. The success of neXco lies within the quality of our people and our leaders are instrumental in ensuring our high standards and best practices are upheld so that everyone has a consistent, engaging, beneficial and revenue growing experience.

  • GovCon – additional chapters, VA, MD, DC, nationwide
  • Non-Profit Service Providers
  • Construction Industry Service Providers
  • B2B groups in Baltimore, Columbia, Arlington, Richmond, Fredericksburg, DC
  • Healthcare Company Service Provider
  • Biomedical Service Providers
  • Medical Professional Service Providers
  • Exit Planning Service Providers


*Referral fees paid for actual membership revenue collected and may reflect discounts offered to leadership. Not applicable to any existing chapters and not applicable to any existing neXco members who transfer their membership to the new chapter

**Chapter membership discount effective 1/1/2022.
