How do we move away from the fixing problems mindset?
A coaching mindset is a paradigm shift that creates a culture of trust where people step forward instead of look away, suggest solutions instead of complaining, try to solve problems instead of blaming others, willing to do more instead of asking for more, and asking questions instead of judging. This Lunch & Learn explores five characteristics of leading with a coaching mindset and the impact it can have on your organization.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
